Site Information and Store Policies
We will always do our best to take care of our fans, and we try to make sure that every order is shipped complete and that all items are of the best manufacturing quality.
All of our apparel is printed on demand by a third-party service, and we cannot offer exchanges for sizes or refunds. If a garment shows a clear manufacturing defect (bad printing, damaged printing, popped seam, etc.) please contact us with a close-up photo of the defect and a wide photo of the entire garment, and we'll get a replacement made and shipped to you right away.
There is a short window of time after an apparel order has been placed that we can change size and/or color! If you have placed an apparel order in error and would like to change it, please contact us within 24 hours after you have placed the order and we'll do our best to make those changes before your garment is produced. We cannot promise that we will be able to submit changes before production has begun, but we will do our best!
We guarantee all of our merchandise against manufacturing defect for 15 days after receipt of the item. If you receive an order from us with a defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement (if still available), store credit, or a refund.
We have had a lot of feedback from customers that even though the item page showed stock available, when buyers reached the checkout, they were told that the inventory was not available.
Inventory is only reduced when a buyer completes checkout. If you reach the checkout and are told that no inventory is available, it is because someone else completed their purchase faster than you, and that inventory is no longer available.
What does that mean for you? If you are buying an item that you suspect might sell out quickly, the best way to reserve your purchase is to immediately proceed to the checkout after adding the item to your cart and complete the process as quickly as possible. It's no guarantee that you'll score that hot release, but we hope it helps a little!
For your convenience, during sales we will automatically combine multiple orders shipping to the same address during processing, and will refund any shipping difference. Please allow a couple of days post-sale for this to happen.
Payment is made at the time of purchase.
If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the site, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to solve the issue together.
Items are shipped via USPS. Domestic orders are generally shipped within 2-5 days of receipt, and international orders are shipped weekly.
*NOTE: Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your item! Sometimes, especially during rush holiday hours, the post office can be a little slow, and I am not always able to ship immediately. If there will be a big delay, I will try my best to let you know.
Items are shipped to the address you have provided as your SHIPPING ADDRESS, unless we have arranged otherwise. If you wish to ship the item to a different address, please contact us via email immediately to give me the recipient’s name and address. We can't be responsible if we're given the incorrect address to ship to!
*Note for International Customers: we are not responsible if any additional customs fees occur in your country of residence. For more information on customs fees in your country of residence, please contact your local Customs Office. *NOTE: Items are not subject to return if the reason is customs fees that have occurred in your country.
We want our artwork to make people happy. It is very important that you are satisfied. But if by any chance the item you ordered doesn’t meet your expectations, let's talk about it. We generally do not accept returns on handmade items unless there is a defect, or if you were accidentally sent the wrong item. We work very hard to accurately represent the quality of our work in the pictures and description. Refunds will be determined on an individual basis.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
*NOTE: Custom Ordered items are not subject to refund/return.
We do our best to ensure the successful shipment of purchase. However, we cannot be held responsible if an item gets lost in the mail. Standard Priority mail through USPS includes a tracking number, but if you desire additional insurance or delivery confirmation on your item, please email us and we can add it at the time of purchase.
